Please do not interrupt me

Please do not disturb me.

Leave me on my own . . .

I am listening to the rhythm of my life.

I am focusing on my life within.

I am riding on the wave of energy that I can feel.

I am seeing the light of life - one which never goes out.

Please do not interrupt me.

I feel my breath - both in and out.

I feel my spirit - young and strong.

Please do not intrude on my state of being.

My mind is quiet and at one with me.

My body is still as I relax in the moment.

Please do not disrupt my efforts while I am on my quest.

I do not want to lose my equilibrium.

My step will not waver on this my journey.

Please do not interfere with feeling of contentment.

I can feel my way along this my path.

My destination is the same as yours I know.

I wish to find and bathe in the majesty of life.

With innocent heart I take this my next step . . .
