Life is a game . . ?

Is life a game for you? And I don't mean a computer game or pastime, though they can certainly occupy our time overmuch.

But is life a gas for you? Are you having fun? Is enjoyment and satisfaction a part of your day?

We do so many things we do need to find something for ourselves in the things we do. We need to find food and nourishment, not only for the body but the spirit and soul, too.

Flashing from one bright light to the next will give us some excitement - and a headache - but what more has it really to offer.

Money, celebrity, fame are all very well - but what do they really give us?

Lots of time, attention, air-time - but is that what we really want?

I feel that we should all try to make our mark in life. That might be in a 'loud, I am here way' or a quiet and unassuming way.

Neither is better. For most of us it will be somewhere in the middle ground.

But we should be trying to find our niche. A place, a venture, a theme, a vocation - something that suits our unique set of talents.

Because there we will find satisfaction and happiness. Our time will be productive and we will feel at home.

Some people say it is the 'game of life', don't they?

Spend some time looking and finding your niche - you will not regret it.
