'Ive got a feeling' - quench your thirst in your zone of silence. Find yourself within while you develop awareness of self. Be in the zone - enjoy the silence within and draw strength from that.

You can relax - you can afford to do that. Let your thoughts, emotions and feelings find their natural balance. Find the joy in life of having trust in life and finding purpose in life. Learn to express this trust in life in the things that you do and say.

Quench your thirst

'Ive got a feeling' that life is for living. Life is about giving. Life is about sharing. Life is about having fun.

There are responsibilities. There are tasks to do. There are things to think about. There are deeds to perform.

But there is another side to life. One of being in the moment. Experiencing the moment, learning to relax. Feeling. Sensing. Experiencing.

Express trust

You can express yourself in your actions and not just in speech. 'I've got a feeling' means that you are in tune with life. There is harmony. You are in sync with what is happening around you.

'Ive got a feeling' that we should not sweat the small stuff. If you did something today, what effect would that have had on your life in five year's time?

Do not take it too seriously. Do not take everything to heart. Do not take it all personally.

Tension, stress, pressure, ill-health can follow - both emotional and physiological.

Zone of silence

'Ive got a feeling' that silence is golden. We hear that expression, but what does it really man. There is depth and silence within you. Peace, satisfaction and contentment found within you. Bathe in that.

Express trust in that. While doing so become more aware of your developing self awareness. You are more in tune with yourself. There is a flow to your thoughts, feelings and actions.

Relax a little. Do not worry about those things you cannot change. See things in good perspective.

What does 'I've got a feeling' mean to us? We can express it as follows, in things we can learn to trust.

  • Accept yourself
  • Do things you can be proud of
  • Help others when you can
  • Give of yourself

See your life through rose colored spectacles. Just for you this can be real. Real for you.

Go live your life - for you. Discover your individuality. And savor each moment.
