Look At The Growth - But Do Not Dig It Up
Self development is the key We all tend to look at the growth we are making in life. We like to see that we are alive and moving forward. We like to see that progress is being made. We need be careful that we don't uproot new shoots before they have had a chance to establish themselves. It does no good to question and observe and be critical of ourselves at each and every moment. Give yourself a chance to grow and develop. Give yourself space and time.
Give yourself a break. Don't always be chasing and chasing life. Sometimes sit back and reflect. Have quiet moments. Be perceptive. When moments of meaning happen to you. When things occur that help you make more sense of life, reflect and make the most of these experiences. As time moves on you will find yourself more ready for the next moment of importance. Your attennae will be up and you will be receptive. Be ready to take on board new experiences, new sensations, new feelings, new intuitions. And let them filter through. You will then find yourself actively looking out for new opportunities to grow. To show that you can be more. To show that life has more to offer you. And be there for other people. Don't just keep these new insights to yourself. Try to share them with others. They will appreciate and respect you for it, and you don't know what you may find and experience in return. Life is not like an examination. Grow at your own pace. Don't compare yourself with anyone else. Find out more for yourself. See life with different eyes, for yourself. Let things filter through for yourself. And you will find that life has many treasures and you will get to experience many of them. Look at the growth. Look forward to growing more and challenging yourself more. Become the you that you have always wanted to be. Accept, respect and enjoy yourself, and the benefits of life will be there for you.
All best, Martin
