Pessimism Can Make Even A Bright Day Appear Grey And Uninviting

Optimism vs pessimism

Pessimism brings you down to a level best avoided. In the dilemma of optimism vs pessimism it is wise to choose your power carefully. Not removing pessimistic negative energy is a serious matter.

Being pessi-mistic not the friend of the optimist and productive person. Releasing negative energy can be difficult, particularly if you are unaware of its existence. Removing too little and you can feel its a little too late.

Choose your power

Optimistic or pessi-mistic - are they not too sides of a double edged coin. One upbeat and uplifting and adventurous, the other debilitating, negative and insidious.

Seek a bright future - put negatitivy aside. You don't need it. There is enough grey and black in the world without you creating a bit more.

Releasing negative energy

Optimism has an energy of its own. Positive energy carries us along. Supports us. Enables us. Boosts us. We are comfortable and relaxed, yet excited and motivated at the same time.

Negative energy also has its own way. It seems to debilitate us. Knocks us back. We question. We feel alone. We feel helpless. And we can end up wallowing in it.

Avoid the 'its a little too late' scenario

Which would you rather have on your side? Which supports and assists you? Which helps you live your life in the manner you would like?

You want a bright future then put negativity aside. Don't let its tentacles grab you and drag you down. See it for what it is and leave well alone.

And should you need help - ask for it. And accept it when it should arrive, in whatever manner life brings it - this time.

All best,
Martin
