Push Your Boundaries - See What You Are Really Capable Of

Find your limits - then exceed them

Do you push your boundaries or are you content with things just as they are? Do you try to stretch yourself in the things that you do or do you just give the effort that is required?

Does it happen like a muscle? Work a muscle and it grows stronger to meet the challenge. If we don't work ourselves in life will we not lose track, lose focus, lose the emphasis, and end up finding difficulty and hurdles where once there was ease and comfort?

We all have what we call our comfort zone. Beyond which we fear to tread. But at times we do and we do find that we can survive and prosper. We can push our boundaries.

At times we feel in the flow. Able to surmount any difficulties, overcome any obstacle. Life seems easy. It feels like we are going downhill and able to gain momentum.

We need to utilize and appreciate these times. And make the most of them. We can excel and surprise ourselves by what we find that we can do.

Other times our attitude comes into question. A positive outlook is so important. This allows us to push things along and remove any doubts that we might have.

And are we not just a little curious? Don't we want to see what is over the next hill? What is coming up at our next crossroads in life?

We need to find out in life that we have the wherewithal to meet challenges and hurdles. That we are very capable if we just feel that we are so. We have talents and gifts that easily lay dormant and unused.

If we just dusted ourselves off and got down to life with the same enthusiasm and verve that we tackle our favorite game or pastime - what could we not achieve? What could we not do? Where could we not go?

Give yourself the opportunity. Push your boundaries. Have faith and trust in yourself. Believe you can and you will.

All best,
Martin
