Struggles In Life Can Get Us Down - Make The Most Of Your Precious Life
The Struggle For Life Struggles in life occur each day. Our choices have consequences. We need to find out how to discover balance and learn to be more assertive. We need to regain our enthusiasm and tackle life with renewed vigor and determination. If we find that we struggle for our life then something is amiss. It feels like we are losing a best friend. Patience is a virtue we may well need in abundance. If we are more assertive then we may take the initiative and lead rather than waiting to react to life's choices. Choices have consequences Is life a game for you? And I don't mean a computer game or pastime, though they can certainly occupy our time overmuch. But is life a gas for you? Are you having fun? Is enjoyment and satisfaction a part of your day? How to be more assertive We do so many things in life. We do need to find something for ourselves in the things we do. We need to find food and nourishment, not only for the body but the spirit and soul, too. Flashing from one bright light to the next will give us some excitement - and a headache - but what more has it really to offer. Money, celebrity, fame are all very well - but what do they really give us? Lots of time, attention, air-time - but is that what we really want? Struggles in life I feel that we should all try to make our mark in life. That might be in a 'loud, I am here way' or a quiet and unassuming way. Neither is better. For most of us it will be somewhere in the middle ground. But we should be trying to find our niche. A place, a venture, a theme, a vocation - something that suits our unique set of talents. Because there we will find satisfaction and happiness. Our time will be productive and we will feel at home. Discover balance Some people say it is the 'game of life', don't they? Some are frivolous and others really serious. Whatever your approach being able to discover a balance can be key. Struggle on in life where you will, but equally find some enjoyment and satisfaction, too. Find out what is important to you. Devote some time to that. If it contributes to the greater good then so much the better. Spend some time looking and finding your niche - you will not regret it.
All best, Martin
