Tell Yourself And Gain Permission To Really Make The Most Of Life

Let yourself know . . .

Tell yourself what you want.

For if you do not then who will? Who is that interested? Who is that bothered?

You.

And if you do not know what you want how can you plan the effort to go and get it?

So communicate with yourself.

And if you do not act and go get it what will you be doing instead? How will you be using your time and upon what?

How will you use your energy? Will you be able to explain to yourself the chance that got away?

And will you internalize that? Will it grow within unheeded? Will you attend to that or will it continue to grow but without sunlight, attention or sustenance? So it may fester unhindered within.

Starting small, but growing. And eating us up inside.

Emotionally draining. Physically debilitating.

And for what?

Just for the sake of letting yourself know what it was.

And giving yourself permission to go get it.

We mould our lives.
