'What Me Worry' And Lose Focus And Direction When Life Changes

Struggles in life

'What me worry' when life changes. Using the powers of positive thinking when I talk to self brings my worries into clear focus. These moments of clarity can highlight how to be yourself and to overcome adversity.

If we can reduce stress management in our struggles in life, combined with developing a positive attitude, then the logical consequences can be greater inroads into achieving more in life.

'Dont worry be happy' can be a remedy in difficult times and a timely reminder when things are going well.

Developing a positive attitude

Is it good to worry? Where is the gain? Are there any downsides?

It can be detrimental. It saps strength and uses emotional energy. It can lead us feeling depleted and out of sorts.

It can be good. It means we care. We want the best, for ourselves and others. It can help guide us through troubled times.

When life changes

Concern and care are strong. They make us think. They make us want to act. But are we in best position to see clearly enough to know what to do and how to do it.

Do we need support and advice, guidance and comfort? Don't tackle things alone when friends or family are willing to assist. A trouble shared and all that.

But worries are not always trouble. They may be ways for life to want us to do more. To put more effort in. To care more. To think of others. To think of ourselves.

And can we do more. Most of the time probably yes. But we should not beat ourselves for what good does that do.

If we did our best should we feel guilty? Should we eat ourselves up from the inside out?

Talk to self

Should we make ourselves sweat over the small stuff? Or wait for a real battle and fight and give of ourselves then. When it really will count.

These thoughts and more show that we are alive. Show that we care. Show that we want the best - for ourselves and others.

We can get to a place where it is not necessary to have concern, troubles, to really care. But if we have to start from it - then so be it.

Be concerned but don't worry. Concern will come and go, focusing on your troubles will just drag you down.

All best,
Martin
