Your Apprenticeship Will Show You The Delights And Wonders Of Life

Your education in life . . .

Going through your apprenticeship

You are getting on OK. Things could be worse. Things could be better.

Learn a thing here. Think about that over there. Decide a little thing, too.

And you know what - you are being educated - but this time in life.

And it goes on all the time. From early infancy to ripe old age. We are in the school of life.

Sometimes it is one step forward and two back. Other times one forward and one to the side.

Sometimes there are trips and occasionally a fall. At those moments we need see how we are, dust ourselves off and get up and tackle life - one more time.

But the important thing we are moving.

Sometimes walking, maybe running and every now and again stumbling or crawling.

And in the mix - dull moments. Eureka moments. Boredom. Excitement. Uncertainty. Disappointment. Satisfaction. Success. Disillusionment. Rapture. Love. Confusion. Clarity. Understanding.

Such is the range of the human experience.

Trust. Dishonor. The positive. Disagreement. Communication. Reflection. Hope. Despair. Achievement.

So much occurs. So how can we define progress? How do we really know?

You feel you have started on your road for life's sake.

You continue for other people's sake - family, friends, colleagues, the boss . . .

Then you realize it is actually all for you.

Your education in life.

You are the important one.

Let life give you the signs. See the encouragement and the support. The assistance and the help. That is rarely not close to hand.

Be steadfast and humble as you continue on your journey . . .

All best,
Martin
